PRICES:
The prices quoted in the catalogue are ‘ ex-works’ and are subject to change without notice. Shortly after placing an order you will receive a ‘Confirmation of order’ which you should check to make sure the prices are as ordered or are acceptable.
Prices are revised early each year to take account of currency movements and changes in costs which have occurred in the previous 12 months. We aim to provide our customers with the best items, quickly and at the best prices. Sometimes these aims are mutually exclusive but we will not sell identical products at a price higher than competitors. If you find an item we are selling elsewhere at a lower price please advise us and we will sell that item to you at that lower price.

MINIMUM ORDER:
There is no minimum order but orders of less than £100 (€120, $140) will be surcharged £10.00 ( €12,$14) for handling and packing.
The minimum quantity that can be ordered of a particular item is a pack. The pack quantity is noted in the catalogue.

DELIVERY TIME:
Wholesale orders for items which are in stock will be despatched within 48 hours. Items which are not in stock will be recorded as a ‘balance of order’ and if economic will be despatched when they become available with shipping at our expense.
Orders requiring special packing and orders for large quantities will take longer to despatch. If ‘time is of the essence’ then it should be noted on the order and the required delivery ‘window’ specified by earliest and latest dates.

DELIVERY CHARGE:
Wholesale orders will incur a shipping charge as detailed in the table below with the following exceptions;
UK – orders placed at GBP catalogue prices in excess of £300 will be delivered to UK mainland destinations free of charge.
USA – orders placed at USD catalogue prices in excess of $300 will be delivered free of charge to US mainland destinations.
Europe – orders placed at EUR catalogue prices in excess of €300 will be delivered free of charge to mainland destinations within Europe.
Discounted orders and orders for display items will be charged at cost. Deliveries to UPS defined extended or remote areas may incur a surcharge.

PAYMENT:
The most convenient way to pay is by credit card and such payment also expedites the despatch of the order.
All new customers are requested to pay by credit card or bank transfer before despatch of the order.
Payments by transfer should be free of any bank charges and should be made to the appropriate bank account for the currency.
Company cheques will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances by prior agreement. Regular customers may apply for a credit account.

CLAIMS:
Claims of damaged, short or non-delivery must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

RETURNS:
We cannot accept the return of products without our prior approval in writing and any returns should be properly boxed and
labelled. Items which were correctly despatched will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

OUR RANGE:
The range of our products is extensive and only some of it is shown in this catalogue. If there are items which you want which are not in this catalogue please check our web site and failing that contact us by telephone or email with your requirement.

In particular circumstances we are able to produce items and packaging according to customers’ designs and requirements.
