Free UK delivery
for orders over £300

UK – orders placed at GBP catalogue prices in excess of £300 will be delivered to UK mainland destinations free of charge.

Discounted orders and orders for display items will be charged at cost. Deliveries to UPS defined extended or remote areas may incur a surcharge.

Delivery Time

In-stock wholesale orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Any out-of-stock items will be held as a “balance of order” and shipped at our expense when available, provided it is economically viable.

Please note that large quantities or orders requiring custom packaging may take longer to process. If your shipment is strictly time-sensitive, please specify “time is of the essence” on the order along with your required delivery window (earliest and latest acceptable dates).

Returns and Damaged Goods

We cannot accept the return of products without our prior approval in writing and any returns should be properly boxed and labelled. Items which were correctly despatched will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Claims of damaged, short or non-delivery must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
