new print scarves

New print scarves in unusual patchwork and paisley print designs are a refreshing new line. These three new designs are reminiscent of 18th and 19th century American Designs but retain a fresh modern look. The large scale prints in strong reds and blues are a striking change from the repetition of previous years’ designs. Choose the sprigged floral patchwork print for a really pretty feel. The geometric striped and checkered scarf will draw compliments and the incredible ‘pilgrim paisley’ design is a stunner which would look as good on a wall as worn as an accessory.

New print scarves in bold colours and exciting creative designs can also be seen in the patterns of other new lines. The ‘tropical flower’ scarf – an assortment of three stunning floral designs has hints of the artist Gaugin and his famous Tahitian inspired paintings. ‘Flower colour cut’ is a vibrant array of graphic leaves and flowers against black or white and ‘floral pen and ink’ displays a wonderful illustrative style in four colourways.

New print scarves sticking with the artistic theme but with a one colour print are to be found in the designs of the ‘etched animal illustration’, an assortment of four pastel colours with vintage style etched images which could have come from an old storybook. The delicate webs of branches in the ‘shadow print tree’ scarf are a lattice of subtle two-tones. The assortment consists of red on pink, black on grey, deep blue on pastel blue and dark brown on beige. For a new romantic look with a hint of nostalgia look for ‘poetic rose’ and ‘poetic butterfly’ – two lyrical designs which combine pastels and dark colours to great effect.
