As fans and keen supporters of museums we would like to help make ‘Museum Shop Sunday’ a run-away success which provides a substantial contribution to the income of museums. Toward that end we are offering a drop ship service to those museums with ecommerce sites. This will allow any museum to add any of our products to their online shop with no stock keeping risk and to benefit from sales with a minimum of effort.
‘Drop shipping‘ is an arrangement by which we supply items, which you have sold on your web site, directly to your customer. You choose the products you wish to offer and we send you samples and high resolution images which you can use on your web site. You receive the orders on your web site and take the payment. You then send us a copy of the order and we pick, pack & ship the item directly to your customer. Our charge to you is the wholesale price plus the cost of postage*. This means you have no stock risk and no despatch expenses but you have the benefit of a retail margin. Typical postage cost: Large letter £1.17; parcel up to 1 kg £3.68
