You can browse the website, select items and add to your basket. The website will remember your selection while you are on the website. When you come to confirm your order, if you are a new customer, you will be asked to create an account and give us details such as your name, business name, where to ship to etc. Shortly after we will send you an email confirmation of your freshly created account, containing your password details. The next time you come on our website we will remember you and you won’t have to enter your details again.

Yes, it is essential, we cannot despatch your order if we do not know who you are and where you want the goods sent. It takes only 1 or 2 minutes, and then it is done forever.

When you put items in your cart that stock is reserved for you however if there is no activity for an hour, whether because you have gone for lunch, logged out or crashed out, the cart is automatically abandoned. The stock is freed and your choice is lost.
If you put items in your wish then that selection is saved through all eventualities until you either move it from wish list to cart or delete it from wish list.
So if you know what you want and intend to place and confirm your order quickly and without hesitation put the items directly into your cart, otherwise us wish list.

No credit cards details are stored on the website, or any database that is webhosted. Your credit card details are submitted on a secure 128 bit layer and only when the submit button is hit. Those details are sent to our HQ system, and are used for a single transaction to the value of the goods sent. The payment is done off-line at the HQ the day we despatch and only for the amount of goods that are sent.

When you create a login, or if you are an existing customer, we store delivery and invoice details on the website. We do not store credit card details on the website. You have full control over your details and we store a copy of all your updates at the HQ, to help speed our service and delivery. No details disclosed or can be accessed by any third party.

Joe Cool has more than 9000 customers and we try to cater to their wide variety of interests. In order to do this we design, produce and stock many different collections. We are continuously searching for new materials and create new designs every week. In addition to the constant stream of new products, over the years, we have produced a lot of classics, products which are and always will be great sellers, and we never willingly discontinue the supply of attractive, value for money, good selling product.The consequence of many new lines and an acculmulation of golden classics is a wide and deep range; we see it as an asset and we think you will too.

Joe Cool deals honorably and fairly with employees, customers and suppliers. Its a matter of principle. We expect everyone we deal with to act similarly and do not tolerate anything less. To the best of our knowledge all our products are fairly traded and we would welcome any information to the contrary so that we can rectify the situation.

Although originally we produced all our items in the UK most of our production is now in Asia (China, India Indonesia, Korea, Thailand ). Over the next few years we expect a lot of production to return to the UK. The design department in Scotland, led by Katharine Malcolm, experiments with new materials, develops new designs and then commissions prototypes. We are proud to say that many of our successful original designs have become perennially popular, and we strive to add new unique and distinctive items every year.

Unless you specify otherwise Joe Cool will despatch your order ASAP. On every product details page, you can see the stock availability. If the item available, in the quantity you ordered and the value is economic, we will despatch it within 7 working days. Items which are out of stock may take up to 8 weeks to deliver. If you specify a delivery date when you order then we will try to match the date you request. If you have an urgent need of your goods, then please specify ‘urgent’ in the special instructions of your form. There is no one called Joe Cool. Joe Cool (UK) Ltd. is a company which designs, produces, imports, exports and distributes fashion and novelty jewellery, accessories and gifts We have been supplying customers throughout the world for over 30 years.

The majority of our customers are retailers but we also serve other importers and distributors, mail order catalogue and promotion companies. Our range is composed with the aim of encompassing all that is relevant in the fashion jewellery and accessory market and our ambition is to offer the most convenient service and the best quality at the best price. We also provide display for many of our items and we can custom package and label if required.

Our customers include the V&A Museum Gift Shop in London, MOMA in New York, Pylones in France, Present Time in Holland, Tamboril in Australia, Two’s Company in the USA.

Our website is fully “commerce-capable” and each year we produce a catalogue which can be downloaded from the web site or sent by mail. We are happy to receive your call, fax or e-mail and to give you any further information you require.

The easiest way to pay for your order ( for all concerned ) is by debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Maestro (both company and private). We charge credit cards only when goods are despatched, and not when the order is submitted on the website. Nothing is charged over the website, all transactions are managed offline at the HQ. We charge only for the goods that are sent.
Alternatively you can pay by bank to bank transfer. Only by arrangement and then reluctantly will we accept bank cheques, company cheques, PayPal, American Express and letters of credit.
