Fan-tastic – keeping things cool with stylish fans.

Fans are an inexpensive and stylish way to help keep cool in the hot days of summer. With temperatures hitting scarily high records this summer, every little thing that can be done to give some relief from the intense heat is welcome. Unsurprisingly our fans are currently selling fast with many selling out, the good news is that more are on their way, so pre-order now if you don’t want to miss out on the next deliveries.

A fan is an elegant and attractive accessory both as an item to accessorise outfits and decorate a home. We first introduced fans to our range a few years ago with a delicately etched fan in balsa wood. Since that time, as they have grown in popularity, we have introduced several more styles and designs. Colourful floral prints and interesting Indonesian textiles were the next additions and more recently, pretty chintz flowers and kimono patterns.

Some of our most popular fans are designs which feature details from famous artworks. Van Gogh is one of the worlds most loved artists and details from the famous ‘sunflowers’ works and beautiful vase of irises painting grace two of the range. Monet’s ‘Waterlilies’ adorn another while ‘The Kiss’ by Gustav Klimt offers an alternative feel. A fan featuring the iconic Hokusai woodblock print image, ‘Great Wave of Kanagawa’ is a firm favourite.

Continuing the theme, we have a number of pretty fan earrings; little fabric drop earrings show tiny Japanese style images and are finished with dainty stone ball bead dangles. Our enamel fan stud earring is a Joe Cool best-seller. It comes in a range of ten beautiful colours with a tiny crystal bead detail. A third fan earring is the prettiest, dainty little stud earring, in etched metal. It comes in gold or silver finish.
